    Shipping

    How will OGLOVE be shipped?

    We use Australia Post for Domestic and International fulfilment.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, OGLOVE is currently available both Australia wide and Internationally. However, due to the pandemic and natural disasters there may be a number of suspended destinations that we are unable to send to – please refer to the Australia Post website for this list.

    Will I receive tracking information?

    We’ll send an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

    Where are you shipping from?

    We are based in Tweed Heads, NSW.

    At OGLOVE we are committed to genuine customer service.

    Conditions of Return

    To enable the OGLOVE store to process your return or exchange, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.

    If you change your mind concerning a purchase, you will need to return your product within 7 days. Your product must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

    Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for products which have been modified or used contrary to the product’s instructions.

    Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered.

    Assessing your return

    If your product is faulty, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to us. We will notify you of the outcome once the assessment has been completed.

    The Australian Consumer Law

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
